More Parking Coming to Downtown Boise

Downtown Boise has been growing like crazy, with new restaurants, hotels, and entertainment opportunities.  Now, our parking availability will be growing too. 

A new garage with nearly 700 parking spaces will be constructed on Front Street between Fifth and Sixth.  It will be a seven-story garage when completed and could have a hotel added to the grounds int he future.

The developer plans to submit required documents in the near future and hopes the City of Boise Planning & Development Services will review in August.  They are hoping to break ground in Spring 2018.

The original plan for the development included a hotel with the garage, but the hotel affiliation fell through, and so the company will begin work on the garage first, while still hoping to add a hotel later.
