Lite 107.9  thanks everyone for joining the FitOne party, but we especially want to thank our Warriors and the cheerleaders who came to help us cheer on the runners.

The entire 107.9 LITE FM crew was at the FitOne Expo giving out goodies while many picked up their packets for the race. Plus, there was also a chance to win a pink Fit Bag with a $100 gift card to Hello Dinner.

I did it!  I picked up my packet last night for tomorrow's FitOne race/walk.  I will officially be wearing #6 in the half marathon.  I have never participated in a marathon of any length so I'm not really sure what to expect.   I work out to some degree pretty much everyday so I'm hoping that will come in handy.  ...

Well I did it!  I officially registered for the FitOne half marathon today.  That means September 20th I'll be hoofin' it 13 miles with the 107.9 Walking Warriors.  13 MILES...ON FOOT!!!  Yikes!  I think I'll need to get a new pair of sneaks and break them in between now and then.  ...
