A 19-year old Boise man entered a guilty plea to misdemeanor fireworks use Wednesday morning. Whether that Roman Candle is to blame for the Table Rock fire has yet to be determined.

If you received a call recently saying you would be arrested if you didn't pay up, you're not alone. A caller told me that the police were on their way over to my house right that minute, because I refused to pay.  Here's what you need to know about the latest scam hitting Ada County.

Did you hear about the new idea Ada County is employing for early voting this time around?  They're calling it "food-truck voting" as they take the polls to the people.

Planning a big fireworks display at your house this 4th of July?  You better make sure it's legal if you're outside city limits or a fire district inside Ada County. Ada County Commissioners have banned fireworks in areas outside city limits and without a fire protection district for the year (and the ban stretches to October 31st)...

Every vote does count.  If one more person had voted in the most recent election there would have been clear winners in two Ada County races.  But since those races ended in ties, a coin flip at the courthouse on Monday afternoon will decide who takes office.

A big day for ADA and Canyon Counties, KTVB reports that residents will be voting on millions of dollars in funding for local school districts.
