Karaoke Restaurant, VoiceBox, to Open in Downtown Boise

Get ready for an amazing Karaoke experience in downtown Boise! There's a place in Portland that started about 10 years ago called, Voicebox. It's a specialty karaoke restaurant/bar that has had so much success that they've expanded to Denver and now to the City of Trees!

According to a press release from Red Sky, Voicebox Karaoke is set to open its doors in September 2019. It will be located in the space previously occupied by Urban Outfitters in downtown Boise.

The restaurant will feature shareable snacks including cheeseburger sliders, chicken wings and tots. The restaurant space will feature private suites aside from their public dining area. The full service bar will feature signature, house-infused sake cocktails, plus your favorite Idaho craft beers.

Each suite will have two screens, one for the beautifully tuned vocalist, and one for the guests so they can sing along, a specific waitstaff, plus, you'll have control over the music and the lighting right from your phone!

If you're planning ahead of time with your friends, you can create the perfect playlist before hand so you're not wasting time trying to find the perfect song suited for your voice!

There are hourly rates fro individuals, groups, and premier suites.

Individual Rates: starting at $7/hour

Group Rates: starting at $60/hour

Premier Suite Rates: starting at $80/hour - these premier suites are the biggest of the bunch with space for dancing, catering, and more friends.

Voicebox has a special 'Happy Hour' daily from 4-7 p.m. and all day on Wednesdays. If you want to party on a Tuesday, parties of 7 or more can sing all night for $12 flat rate per guest! You can learn more about Voicebox HERE. And keep an eye out for their grand opening this fall in downtown Boise.
