Over the years CenturyLink arena has been the Treasure Valley's destination for mixed martial arts and now the hottest brand in MMA fighting is coming to the Treasure Valley!

If you had told me four years ago that I'd be into MMA, I would've looked at you like you were absolutely crazy. It wasn't a chance until the station I was working at had the opportunity to jump into the octagon and welcome the crowd to the first in what would become a series of "Front Street Fights" that I realized how cool the sport actually was.  I stuck around after we were done to see what all the hype was about and was instantly hooked.  It didn't take long for me to start making it a point to find out which sports bars were showing the high profile UFC fights so that I could watch some of the biggest names in MMA fighters in the world compete.

If you're into UFC, you won't have to watch it on TV this July! In the middle of the controversial UFC 223 fight on Saturday evening, CenturyLink Arena announced that UFC Fight Night is coming to the Treasure Valley on Saturday, July 14.

The fight card is TBD, but if you refuse to miss out on what's going to be one of the biggest professional sports to visit the Treasure Valley, you'll be able to buy tickets through the CenturyLink Arena box office beginning May 18!

Fight Night is one of the seven different formats that UFC airs and is traditionally carried in Fox Sports 1, Fox Sports 2 or UFC Fight Pass.
