Do you hear that? The screams are so loud, it's silent. One Direction just announced a big ol' gift for all of their fans - a TV special. This is one of several appearances they will make leading up to Christmas for their "NBC Universal Takeover". Oh, but that's not all.

Thirty years ago, artists like U2, George Michael, Duran Duran and the Culture Club  got together to record "Do You Know It's Christmas" . The over $8 million in sales from the song went toward Ethiopian famine victims.
