According to a new report Idaho has the rudest drivers in the country!   We seem to have an odd combination of passive aggressive people who insist on driving 5-10 miles under the speed limit and then there are the speeders who zip around them flying the middle finger.

When asked what makes them most mad about other drivers, people said:
