Guy Auctions Off His Ex-Girlfriend’s Spot On Trip To Italy

A guy and his long-time girlfriend planned (and paid for) a trip to Venice, Italy. She broke up with him. He's left with a non-refundable trip for two. What is his solution? Auction off his girlfriend's spot to the prettiest girl. Wait...what? 

21 year old Jake Dodridge set up an auction on eBay to find  a woman between ages 18 and 30 who will be an adventurous, interesting travel companion. He says, "This isn't something I would normally do, but when life gives you lemons you have to make lemonade."

eBay doesn't seem to agree. The auction has been taken down and it's looking like ol' Jake will need to find a travel companion the traditional way.
