Have you always wanted to try out fishing, but have no idea what you need or where to start? The Ada County Commissioners have you covered. They're teaming up with Idaho Fish and Game and the City of Kuna to offer you a FREE day of fishing!

It's all happening this Saturday at Nicholson Pond off Sego Prairie St. in Kuna from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Remember the whole not-knowing-what-to-do thing? Don't worry they're providing all the tackle, bait and assistance. Don't you need a license for that? Well, usually you do, but not for this event. Just be sure to register first at the Idaho Fish and Game 'Take Me Fishing' trailer before the event and you're all set.

I know what you're thinking if you don't know how to fish, how the heck will you get a fish on the hook? Well, they've stocked the pond with trout from the College of Southern Idaho Fish Hatchery, so you're not going home empty-handed! Plus, the Ada County Sheriff's Office will be providing water and cookies throughout the day!
