After seeing pink ribbons all over the Treasure Valley, it's probably clicked in your head that October is Breast Cancer Awareness month.

Did you know that this year alone over 200,000 American women will hear the words "you have breast cancer" for the first time? Those four words instantly turn these moms, daughters, career women and friends into warriors in a battle for their lives.  Over the past few decades, breast cancer treatments have come a long way, increasing the five year survival by leaps and bounds.

This October, we're proud to recognize these warriors who've conquered breast cancer and our teaming up with our friends at Silverhawk Aviation Academy to celebrate their lives! Silverhawk is holding their 20th Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, October 20.  If you stop out to visit them at 4505 Aviation Way in Caldwell you'll notice that they have a very special pink breast cancer helicopter in the fleet.  That pink helicopter was created in loving memory of Catherine Haener, a member of the Silverhawk family who lost her battle with Breast Cancer.

We've reserved a seat and free flight on that helicopter for the first 30 breast cancer survivors to be nominated through the form below!

In addition to the FREE flights for breast cancer survivors, Silverhawk has a ton of activities planned for the day including free food for everyone and bounce houses for the kids.  You'll also be able to take a tour for just $40 or Discovery Flight for only $50! You may even leave with a FREE iPad if you get lucky with their raffle.  Join us for the celebration from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.m on Saturday, October 20!
