First staff shortages in service industries took a big hit. Next and most recently the airlines were forced to cancel tons of flights due to airline staff out sick mostly due to the pandemic. Now it is hitting our school system.
The list is getting much smaller as conditions across Southern Idaho continue to improve. There are still a handful of closures for today (Friday, January 13, 2017).
While conditions have improved across most of the the Treasure Valley, there are still closures in Southern Idaho to report for today (Wednesday, January 11, 2017).
Conditions across the Treasure Valley had mproved with the warmer temperatures and snow melt that happened yesterday, but overnight snow means more closures today.
We aren't out of the woods yet across Southern Idaho and in the Treasure Valley. There are more closures (for various reason) for Monday. Here is our updated list.
