There are numerous developers who have plans for massive apartment complexes in Boise.

This probably isn't very good timing, considering rent has gone up on average over $400 per month in Idaho.

Currently, there are five different multifamily developments that are either currently being built, or have plans in place to be built, at the time of this writing. If you add all the apartments together of all the planned buildings, you're looking at 820 new homes coming to Boise.

If that makes you a little nervous, we get it. It's been the "talk of the town" on Boise/Idaho social media that Californians are moving to the Boise area in droves, and not everybody is happy about it.

Either way, even if all of the planned apartment complexes don't come to fruition, you're still looking at hundreds of new homes available in Boise in the very near future.
