There are numerous developers who have plans for massive apartment complexes in Boise.

This probably isn't very good timing, considering rent has gone up on average over $400 per month in Idaho.

Currently, there are five different multifamily developments that are either currently being built, or have plans in place to be built, at the time of this writing. If you add all the apartments together of all the planned buildings, you're looking at 820 new homes coming to Boise.
