Treasure Valley restaurants have been opening and closing a lot lately--and the online chatter around all of the above has been absolutely polarizing. Let's be clear--nobody is ever happy about a business closure in the community and when those announcements take to the internet, people online are absolutely heartbroken.

On the other end of the spectrum, there's the anticipation of new business in the Treasure Valley. Something about a grand opening really gets people excited around here.

Well, there is a grand opening on the way in Boise--it's a chain restaurant that hasn't opened in Boise proper just yet..but will be, soon.

Take a look at what Boise can expect from the new fast food joint coming to Boise's Broadway Avenue!

Have you had Mo Bettahs in Meridian, Nampa, or anyplace else?

Currently, there are three Mo' Bettah locations in the Treasure Valley-- one in Nampa, two in Meridian but NONE in Boise.

You'll recognize the location as the former Del Taco that closed abruptly and without announcement, on Broadway Avenue.

According to their website, Mo' Bettahs hopes to be more than just food!

The Mo' Bettahs menu reflects our favorite Hawaiian staples. We keep it true to the Hawai'i we know and love. It is our hope that with each visit you will feel your love grow for your family and friends as you share experiences in our "backyard."

Another Hawaiian chain recently opened for the first time in the Treasure Valley--this one, in Nampa:
