During the midterm elections this week, more states voted to legalize recreational marijuana, including Maryland and Missouri. For those of you playing at home, that brings the total number of states who've legalized marijuana use to 23 (including Gwam.)

Those states are:

  • Alaska
  • Oregon
  • Washingon D.C.
  • California
  • Maine
  • Massachusetts
  • Nevada
  • Michigan
  • Vermont
  • Guam
  • Illinois
  • Arizona
  • Montana
  • New Jersey
  • New York
  • Virginia
  • New Mexico
  • Connecticut
  • Rhode Island
  • Maryland
  • Missouri

Yup, just about half of the U.S. has, and supports, legalized marijuana use.

Will Idaho be next?

Do Idahoans even want marijuna legalized in the Gem State? You may want to yell "WE DON'T WANT THAT HERE!!!" but that may not be the case. New studies show that 91% of Americans support legal marijuana use, either for medical, recreational, or both.

So, by saying "We don't want legalized cannabis in Idaho," that statement isn't quite correct.

The vast majority of Americans support legalizing weed. Do you? Let's chat and get your take.

Is Cannabis legal in Boise, Idaho? Breaking Hemp News!
