What about Boise, Idaho?

As someone who's still reasonably new to Boise, I love Boise. For my wife and I, who don't have kids, there's plenty to do for people who love to go out for drinks, dinner, and entertainment. Part of their key dimensions is affordability: Cost of living, Median Household Income, and Housing Cost. You and I agree that the housing cost is probably something that's going to hurt us the most. So the cost of living is something that people in every capital city will be experiencing with the inflation.

As for the quality of education & health, for the most part, since my wife and I don't have kids, I can't comment on it. So overall, my wife and I are thrilled with living in Boise.
