Have your kids sat down at their little desk and gotten to work on their letter to Santa? Once it's complete (and you know what they're asking for) drop that letter off to make a difference in the life of a very sick child.

Were you listening the morning we kicked off continuous Christmas favorites? If you did, you may have heard my cute little tailgate buddy Arianna tell me what she wanted for Christmas because I'm one of Santa's best friends.  Knowing had a direct link to the North Pole didn't stop her from writing this cute note, to just double check that the man in red got her list.

Have a letter like this laying around your home? Bring it to the Macy's inside Boise Towne Square Mall and drop it off in the big red mailbox anytime between now and Christmas Eve.  For every letter to Santa that Macy's receives in 2017, they'll donate $1 (up to $1 million) to Make-A-Wish to help grant wishes for kids facing life threatening illnesses!

Across the country, Make-A-Wish grants a wish every 34 minutes and I've had the privilege of seeing how excited these kids are when their wish comes true! The little girl in this photo is named Emma and she's joined me on the course for the Komen Race for the Cure and FitOne multiple times.  She and her brother, Josh, both live with Cystic Fibrosis and spend a great deal of time at St. Luke's Children's Hospital for treatment. A few years ago, Make-A-Wish sent Emma and her family to see and meet One Direction.  Needless to say, Emma was thrilled and couldn't wait to tell everyone about it when her family got back to the Treasure Valley!

Your support of the Macy's Believe letter writing campaign makes things like that possible! If you don't want to fight holiday traffic and crazy parking lots to drop off the letter, your kiddos can write their's online by clicking HERE!
