I walked into the radio station this morning and was confronted with a table full of temptations!   I not only lost the challenge but my rose was taken away, my torch was extinguished and I was kicked off the island!  It will take at least 2 hours of Zumba to work off that decadent little sliver of cake that I ate before I could talk myself out of it.

However - I didn't get away unscathed!  My mean little diet angel (that I'm convinced is named Jillian) caught me in the act and knocked a metal box of cookies off the table.   It sounded like cymbals crashing as cookies splattered all over the floor.  Since I had to get back in the studio and on the air in about 60 seconds I panicked and scooped the cookies back into the box,  plopped it on the table and scurried off.

I confessed on the air about my cookie blunder.   Callers had a range of advice about what I should do from "toss 'em all in the trash" to "don't say anything and let people eat them...it'll build their immune system."   I was also told to run out to the store and buy a new batch of cookies.   (Just for the record:  I did not eat and wasn't planning on sampling the cookies...and there was only about a handful of them left.)

I did retrieve the box cookies from the break room and it is here in the 107.9 Lite FM studio...but I feel bad just chucking them out.  (Just for the record:  I did not eat and wasn't planning on sampling the cookies...and there was only about a handful of them left.) Kevin thinks I should put them back out - but with a note:   "Cookies hit the floor, 5 second rule in place, eat at your own risk!"

What would you do?
