Guys, as you go through life, you will manage to make a woman mad.  There is no way to not do it, even if you don't try, it will happen.  So I've decided since It's inevitable, why not go for it every once in a while.

Sunday night after the horses had been out enjoying one of their fields all day, I went to take them in. House keeping had been to their stalls (me), room service had brought dinner (me again), it was all cozy and ready for the night.

When I take the horses in, my bay (Dark Brown) is usually the first one to come in. After that, it's up to me.  Tonight I decided to call over Buddy, our 29 year old Palomino next.  That always sets off any horses left and tonight it really honked off our mare (adult female horse).

In this video you will see two things. One, you will see a mad female, something that happens approximately three gazillion times a day. The second thing you will see and hear is a horse expressing being mad vocally.  When they snort like Ginger is doing, they are vocalizing their displeasure.

Horses don't make sounds very often, unless they are really comfortable with their surroundings.  In the wild, horses are food and on the lower end of the food chain, so they don't vocalize very often, especially the snort like you will hear in this video.

In the first video both Marty (the paint) and ginger are left out, but only Ginger is vocalizing.

In the second video, Ginger is the last to go in and is she ever mad.
