Trick or Treat at the Capital

Joe E. King from 107.9's LITE FM was at the capitol in downtown Boise this evening with Gov. Butch Otter and First Lady Lori Otter who were dressed up as veterinarians. They greeted many and all who came were handed candy, a book, a tooth brush, and also many other goodies. The Otters have hosted the event since Butch Otter became governor in 2007.
