The Burger Burger
I’m a food-a-holic, no really I love food, all kinds of food. If it weren’t for food I wouldn’t have to go on 30 mile bicycle rides, do workouts at Axiom and then do all the work at our ranch. I wish really tasty food didn’t have all the calories and the so called healthy food was loaded with them, wouldn’t that be nice. Maybe Santa will grant me that wish this Christmas.
This morning I made sliders for us for lunch. We bring our lunch most days and use eating out as a treat. Now a place has gone and done it, they made the burger burger.
It’s a hamburger with the burger in place of the bun. I’m not sure what the calorie count would be, but without the bun you are cutting out anywhere between 200-500 calories and a ton of carbs. Cutting carbs is the secret to losing weight, so if you were to have this with just the burger, cheese, lettuce and tomato, it would help you lose weight. Check out the story here.
