After two years of going virtual, the YMCA Christmas Run is happening in person in 2022!

Get ready to lace up those running shoes for one last virtual race in 2020! Whether you want to go the distance in the 6 mile run, test your speed in the 2 mile run or stroll with the family in the 1 mile Reindeer Dash, there's something for everyone!

Last week one of my co-workers popped his head in my office and said "I think I want to run another race before the any of 2019. There's probably not any left, are there?"

Don't feel guilty about those extra holiday calories - just run or walk them off!

107.9 LITE FM was out at the 31st annual YMCA Christmas Run presented by St. Alphonsus in downtown Boise. The race started and ended at Boise High School and at the end you got to treat yourself to some hot soup served by Whole Foods. There was three courses you could chose from, 1 mile reindeer dash, 2 mile run, or the 6 mile run...
