The St. Luke's $10,000 Weight Loss Challenge for 2016 has officially started!   I am so proud of everyone who has made the decision to lose weight and improve their health.

I did it!  I dared myself to do the 3 day detox juice cleanse!  I lost a total of 5.5 pounds and it was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be!
