As a driver, there are few things more frustrating than encountering a cyclist on the road. As a cyclist, there's nothing more annoying than a driver who thinks he knows all the laws and rules. Who's right? Well, both can be. Before you let your road rage get the better of you and you chew out the guy on the bike riding in the road...

Soldier Mountain is giving parents a prime opportunity to turn the kids loose on mountain bikes this weekend at the Southern Idaho Gravity Bike Race, and any adult that wants to rip down the mountain can show off their skills too.

Three weeks ago, I set a fitness goal to ride my bike to work at least twice a week. I live three miles from the office, and my apartment is right on the greenbelt, so it's an easy ride in. The first week of my plan, my schedule didn't allow it, so it never happened...

Have you ever wanted to be famous? Even just to your friends and community? Well now's a good chance at some self gratitude and pride. The city of Boise is currently in construction for a new park in Downtown and they need a name.

Not every university gives potential students the chance to explore its city like this.  Boise State is giving bike tours to help students get a feel for campus and to reinforce Boise as an active city.  And it's something fun to do in the mornings before the heat gets cranked up in the afternoons.

Right now there are four or five thousand people who live in Downtown Boise, and 33-thousand or so are there on a daily basis for work.  Have you heard how that's going to increase in the next few years?  Holy cow!  And here's how the city plans to handle it.

Here's the final section we recorded.  All in all we got only 10 of the 50 plus miles of trails on the Boise Greenbelt.

Kody, my youngest son and I went bike riding on the greenbelt.  We started at the Quiznos in Eagle with Kody wearing a Gopro.  Here is some more video of our ride.

We have one of the best walking/biking trail systems anywhere in the world.
