What if you could see a new movie but not have to go to a theater, buy a ticket, buy at least one snack and sit with other people talking along or checking their phones? Netflix is planning to eliminate all that hassle and bring new movies to you - at home - included in your subscription.

Going to the movie with anyone else, let alone a family, can break the bank. Even if you bring in your own snacks, you're still spending at least $7.50 a ticket. At least.

Netflix has partnered with the Weinstein Company and the two will release the first movie to hit theaters and online at the same time. This will happen on August 28, 2015. There will be many more to follow but watch for "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon: The Green Legend."

The best part: These movies will be included in your monthly subscription.

Woot!
