Santa Kicks Off Christmas at LITE-FM; Brings Stockings Full of Gifts for You

You've been asking us for weeks "When's Christmas music coming to 107.9 LITE-FM" and believe me when I say it was THE hardest secret to keep!

But if I told you, then Santa would have put me on his naughty list and then none of you would've gotten your Christmas music! We couldn't have that, right?!  Since Jen, Jeff, Delilah, John Test and I were such good "kids" we made the nice list this year and Santa brought us a ton of stockings for us to gift to you as we kick off continuous Christmas favorites!

Once we become all Christmas at 10:07 a.m., we'll give away a stocking every hour for the rest of my show! Here's a preview of what you can grab from underneath our tree today!

10 a.m.: Shake Up Christmas Stocking

We LOVE Train's Christmas album and we'll be playing a ton of songs from it this year!  When Pat Monahan found out we were fans, he sent Santa a bottle of the band's Save Me San Francisco "Drops of Jupiter" Red to stuff in a stocking! The wine is an insanely lovable Petite Sirah and would taste even better when you drink it out of the huge wine glasses in this stocking.  Those are a gift from Michelle Heart Custom Creations. They say "Hakuna Moscato!" Not sure what that means? It means "drink wine!"

11 a.m.: Run Run Rudolph Stocking

Ok, so this one doesn't look like a stocking! It looks more like Santa's bag.  This "stocking" is a gift from our friend Brandon at Fleet Feet Sports in Meridian.  You'll be stylin' for the YMCA Christmas Run this year with Fleet Feet's new Fitnatic Duffel Bag stuffed with "Run Happy" Idaho socks from brooks, a hat to keep you warm and TWO FREE Entries to this year's YMCA Christmas Run.  Get out, get active and earn those Christmas cookies with this gift!

12 p.m.: Beat Air Force Stocking

BOISE!!! STATE!!! Still have Bronco fever after last week's incredible comeback win against Colorado State? Santa tucked tickets to the game into this adorable stocking from our friend Nicole and her team at the Bronco Shop! The Barenaked Ladies are kicking off Summer Concert season at the Idaho Botanical Garden's Outlaw Field!
