Some experts had predicted we would see a "good" turnout for the Idaho Democratic Caucuses Tuesday, but that was an understatement as the turnout set new records.

Line wrapped around downtown streets for, at times, over a mile.  The actual process of caucusing was delayed up to two hours because of the much larger than expected crowd.  In fact, it was reported to be the largest caucus in the history of the United States by several sources.

Ada County's caucus was planned to occupy only the Boise Center at the Grove, but CenturyLink Arena was opened to handle the overflow crowds.

Canyon County's caucus at Sage Valley Middle School also hosted larger than expected crowds and a delayed start.

We will have more on the results and additional information about the turnout, as well as final numbers, on the morning show.
