A Treasure Valley grocery store chain will either close locations or give them new names.  Here's the story.

Paul's Market has locations in Boise, Caldwell, Mountain Home, and Nampa, and all of its stores will be impacted by this big change.

The Idaho Statesman says the Paul's Market location at 10565 Lake Hazel in Boise will become an Albertsons.  The Caldwell, Mountain Home, and Nampa locations will close.

The note on the Paul's Market website is kinda sad!  They said it's been a privilege to serve customers since 1955, and they thanked everyone for 60 years of shopping, then they refer us to the Albertsons website.

We love Albertsons too!   Albertsons got started in the 1930s at State and 16th in Boise, and now they're the second-largest grocery chain in the US.

If you're like me and you have three daughters that eat just about as often as a pro wrestler, you're hitting a grocery story every three days or so. Thank you Albertsons, for picking up the slack!  Please keep those Asian Chicken Skewers coming.
