New Payette Brewery Closes…Temporarily

Were you one of the lucky ones who was able to check out (and enjoy the offerings) at the New Payette Brewing Co. Boise headquarters?  Lucky, they have closed.  For now.

The brewer held their soft opening in late April at their new $4.5 million dollar facility, and had received rave reviews from those who were able to check out the new place and enjoy the food and drink.

Now, the doors have been closed, albeit temporarily.

The reason for the hiatus is that the brewery's licenses have not been officially granted yet.  They were using temporary permits as they had opened.  The estimate is the first week of June for the reopening.
