Nampa Department Store Going Out of Business; Clearance Sale Begins Soon

The department store will close it's doors after 8 years and let go 57 local employees.

According tot the Idaho Statesman, the Macy's at the Nampa Gateway Center is one of the 100 stores included in the company's restructuring plan.  It's expected to be open another two to three months while Macy's shrugs it's inventory which means deep discounts for shoppers.

The clearance sale begins Monday, January 9th.
