Meet June’s Incredible Kid

June's Incredible Kid

Abigail's Mother Cindy sent us this note when she nominated her 12 year old daughter who just completed 7th grade at Middleton Middle School:

My daughter Abigail is truly an amazing girl. She is funny, thoughtful, kind, bubbly, giving and a friend to all. Her youngest sister, Kate, is in a wheelchair and is nonverbal, but still wants very much to play and interact with others. Abby will sit with her and play Barbies, tea party, My Little Ponies and everything else that Kate loves. She puts on grand dramatizations to entertain Kate and will do almost anything to make her laugh. She also paints Kate's toenails and puts make-up on her when playing dress-up. She is a treasue in our home to all of us, but especially to Kate. She is also a treasure to those at school and in the community. She played volleyball at school and is an exceptional student, and is part of a leadership class. Two year ago, she hosted a birthday party with 20 of her friends from school. She requested that her friends not buy her a gift, but instead, bring a toy for the "Toy's for Tot's program." She truly has a giving heart. Again, I can't express how much love and pride I have for this wonderful girl.
