BSU student Sierra Bush was found dead in an outdoor location in late October.  Her death was ruled a homicide and now police have a suspect in custody.

From the very beginning of the investigation into the disappearance of the 18 year-old BSU Honors College student, Bush's family suspected foul play.  She was extremely active in campus activities and showed no signs that would lead them to believe Bush wanted to harm herself or run away.

According to KTVB, investigators conducted over 200 interviews and their work led them to 61 year-old Bruce Marchant.  Marchant's last know mailing address was in Boise, but he was located in a New York City hospital where detectives flew to arrest him. They're working on extraditing him back to Idaho.

Marchant is charged with the Sierra Bush's murder, rape and kidnapping.
