Mammograms: Not the Ouch They Used to Be [Sponsored]

I avoided getting a mammogram for the longest time because I'd heard horror stories about pinching, squashing and bruising.  That was then. I've had three mammograms now, all of them at the the Imaging Center of Idaho and I didn't experience any discomfort at all.
