I've always wondered what's in the "cup of cheer" in the Burl Ives Christmas classic "Holly Jolly Christmas." Is it eggnog? Is it hot cocoa? This Tuesday, it's neither!

Michelle Heart, Townsquare Media Boise

This Tuesday, we're teaming up with our friends from one of Boise's newest breweries, Lost Grove Brewing, for a very special "Merry Hour" benefiting LITE-FM's Christmas Wish!  The new brewery, located at 1026 S La Pointe Street in Boise, has chosen Christmas Wish as their beneficiary for their charity giving program called "Powerful Pints!"

Stop by Lost Grove any time 3 p.m. to close and grab a pint of your favorite beer, wine or local hard cider (I recommend Lost Grove's Teddy Bear Picnic Pale Ale) and 50% of the proceeds will go directly to help us brighten up the season for some of our Treasure Valley neighbors who've fallen on hard times around the holiday through our Christmas Wish program.

Last year we were able to grant 84 wishes like making sure a single mom of three who was out of work due to a foot surgery was able to have enough money to make Christmas dinner for her kids and providing diapers and other baby supplies for a young mom who's husband passed away after being admitted to the hospital for what seemed like a common cold.  We know we can spread even more hope in 2017 with your help, so gather up your coworkers for a post work "Merry Hour" and help us start Christmas Wish off with a bang!

Silent Auction

Stop by Lost Grove before 8 p.m. and place a bid on one of these amazing silent auction items! 100% of the proceeds from the silent auction go directly toward Christmas Wish.

Michael W. Smith and Amy Grant Tickets + Meet and Greet Passes ($175 Value)

The desperation for tickets to the first Christmas concert of the season is real! This is your opportunity to take home last chance tickets to Michael and Amy's show at the Ford Idaho Center on Wednesday, November 15th! They'll perform all your holiday favorites and are bringing a special guest with them, Jordan Smith, the winner of The Voice!

Tabletop Light-Up Snowman from Michelle Heart Custom Creations ($15 Value)

Last year, I received one of my favorite Christmas gifts of all time - a Cricut Explore Air die cut machine.  This year, I want to use that gift to pay it forward to families in the Treasure Valley! In addition to hosting the morning show on LITE-FM, I run a small custom gift business on the side. These little snowmen are my best sellers this year and I want you to take home the one I made for our studio!

Lollicakes by Kimberly

Christmas Cake Pops from Lollicakes by Kimberly ($30 Value)

I've got some wickedly talented friends, but probably none more talented than my training partner from Team Run Boise! Not only is my friend Kimberly a 3-time Boston Marathon qualifier, she's also gifted in making the cutest cake pops on the planet.  Take home these adorable Christmas puppies and kitties to share with your family.

Scentsy by Stephanie Collier ($50 Value)

Steph's the reason that I have the DIY Adult Coloring Scentsy burners all over my house! She's put together an awesome Scentsy package that will make your house smell merry and bright.  It includes a full size "Prancer Warmer" and three bars in Coconut & Pumpkin Pie, Apple & Cinnamon Sticks and Midnight Fig!

Can't make it out on Tuesday? For rest of the week, Lost Grove will designate one of their tap as LITE-FM's Christmas Wish beer! $2 of every pint they sell from that tap will go toward our efforts to make the holidays merry and bright!
