Is the F – Word Okay?
Would women be happier if they used the "F Word" more?
Is "F-U-N" something women avoid on purpose?
I've lost count of how many women I've talked to that are interested in doing fun things like trying out Zumba, joining a 5k team, experiencing a spa day, embarking on a supervised diet plan or running off for a girls weekend.
The problem?
An overwhelming number of these women (all ages/various backgrounds etc) just don't feel like they can "let themselves go" and have FUN! They have an overwhelming sense of guilt and obligation to their jobs/spouses/kids/housework/budgets and can't justify prioritizing time for themselves. Ironically many of these women have spouses that think nothing of running off hunting, golfing or to a game with their buddies.
Why can't women just "let themselves go - and have FUN?" Is it self imposed or something else?
What advice would you give to a woman who wanted to "let herself go" but just can't get beyond her sense of guilt and obligation?
