Do You Have an “Age Rule” For High Heels?

Heidi Klum is getting a lot of flak because she is letting her daughters wear high heels.  Four year old Lou's shoes have a little heel not all that uncommon for what most little girls may wear for a special dress up occasion.   However,  10 year old Leni is wearing almost 4 inch stilettos - do you think that sends out the wrong message? Are 4 inch heels too much for someone who's still in elementary school?
