If your kids are anything like mine, they are impressed with balloons. Interesting things that float high in the sky keep them entertained, and even break up sibling fights because something else captures their focus.  Great reasons to be at the Spirit of Boise Balloon Classic!

Kids Day is tomorrow, and organizers say they'll inflate about 20 balloons at 7:15 from Ann Morrison Park.   And the kids will have an opportunity to pose for pictures in baskets and take a short lift as part of the Kid’s Day activities.  We'll watch for all of those great moments on your Facebook pages moms.  We love it.

The first big multiple balloon launch is coming up Thursday at 7am at Ann Morrison Park, and later in the weekend they'll have the Night Glow Spectacular, the Governor's Cup, and the ever-popular Porta Potty Bowling.  Ever seen a hot air balloon knock over a portable toilet while competing with other hot air balloons with the same idea?  It's happening this weekend.  Don't miss it.

Kids, families, and hot dates unite.  There's something for everyone this week at the Spirit of Boise Balloon Classic.  And the weather looks clear so there's nothing to interfere with the kids' ability to lock eyes with a smiley face or Hello Kitty balloon.  When they're happy, Mama is happy.
