If chinook fishing is a passion of yours, we are now one month away from the Spring Season opening.  It will begin on April 22nd on several rivers in the State, including the Clearwater, Snake (in Hells Canyon), and the lower Salmon and Little Salmon.

The Idaho Fish and Game Commission sets schedules and limits based on the return of fish to the rivers.  For more on that process, check out coverage from The Spokesman-Review.
