February’s Incredible Kid

Congratulations! Kevin & Brenda's "Incredible Kid" for February is Hayden Wingett, an 8 year old second grader at Purple Sage Elementary in Caldwell!

This is what Niki who is a family friend shared with us when she nominated him:

"Hayden is such a gentleman. He has gone through more in this past year than a lot of us will in several years. He lost his great grandfather and grandfather in a just a few months span. It was such a huge surprise for his whole family, but Hayden continues to show his compassion and support to his mom and grandma. On top of all of this family's heartbreak his other grandma is now not doing so well either. She suffers from Parkinson's and is soon going to need further assistance. This young man never let's the difficult times stop him from being so free spirited and fun loving. Just this past summer during his family vacation to Yellowstone he ran out books to read in the car, which I may add he read 75+ books. A long story short, I would like to nominate Hayden to give him something positive to look forward to. I know he and his family could use the time to go out together to get things off their mind. Thank you for your time and consideration."
