Starting July 1st, Idaho Breweries will be allowed to have children into their establishments moving breweries into alignment with area wineries.

House Bill 649 was passed by the Legislature and signed into law by Governor Butch Otter in April.  This will allow breweries who are not eateries (who already are allowed to welcome children) to do so as long as they are with an adult.  This will be most important for locations that depend on tourism to drive their business.
