Art in the Park will draw thousands of visitors again this September, and if you're an artist that wants to showcase your skills and sell some works, now is the time to apply for some space at the event.

Boise Art Museum's 64th annual Art in the Park is set for September 7-9, and they're expecting more than 200 artists to be part of it this year.  We'll see everything from metal work to paintings to hand-crafted shirts and shoes, and everyone who comes buy to browse will of course have the chance to buy those cool and unique works.

Boise Art Museum is accepting artist applications through Monday, March 12, and they've got all the details at www.boiseartmuseum.org.  There's a $35 fee to apply, but if you're one of the artists that's picked to set up a tent or a table in September, you'll be making that back and a whole lot more.

They'll let you know in early May if you're selected, and you'll be able to pick your preferred booth location in June, then set up and sell like crazy in September.  You know we'll be there to browse!  They'll have food trucks set up and they're planning to bring in live music, plus a tent full of kids' activities too.

Art in the Park will be at Julia Davis Park starting at 10am on Friday September 7th, and running through 5pm on Sunday September 9th.  We hope all of your hard work pays off.  Good luck.
