So why do a Beer and Yoga Event? Essential Hot Yoga Instructor Amanda Mendez said

"Boise has one of the largest Yoga communities in the country per capita. It also has an awesome growing craft beer scene. So it made sense if people love yoga...and people love beer...why not bring to two together."

Mendez has been an instructor at the Boise studio for a few years now focusing on different kinds of yoga. From the intense flow for athletes and professional yogis to yoga for kids and beginners, She said that literally every day, there is a way that you could incorporate yoga into your life. Building strength and balance are the main priorities of any yoga practice. Also, the focus on breath control plays a big roll. I personally have done yoga on my own for the last few years and have seen the incredible difference it has made in my everyday life. It's a great way to calm myself down and help me focus on what is in front of me. Amanda also said "Our first session will be Feb 24 @

I personally have done yoga on my own for the last few years and have seen the incredible difference it has made in my everyday life. It's a great way to calm myself down and help me focus on what is in front of me. Amanda also said "Our first session will be Feb 24 @ 7 pm at our Meridian location and another session March 10 @ 7:30 pm at the Broadway studio. Space is limited & filling up quickly." This will be a non-heated yoga class. If you want to find out more about taking classes or even just trying out yoga from an instructor questions are encouraged. So we will see you there. I for one am totally excited. - JD
