January 28, 2014 Remember when a typical workday lasted from 9am to 5pm? Dolly Parton made it a movie! Then it became 8am to 5pm. Today our regular office workday can begin before the sun rises and end when it's dark -- even in the summer! All work and no play makes for a very dull life. For me, achieving that ever elusive work-life balance becomes critical. Especially with three kids in tow as well as a new puppy!

If I’m stressed, I’ll eat more. It’s a given. And I won’t eat foods that are good for me; I’ll reach for candy or potato chips. So in my quest to lose weight, I’m trying to be a little more stress free.
