Earlier today, during a press conference held at the Steve Jobs Theater in Cupertino, Calif., Apple introduced the next generation of iPhones as well as new product from the tech giant.

Unveiling three brand new iPhones, Apple CEO Tim Cook introduced to the sold out crowd—the iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and the iPhone X. The brand new iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus feature an all-around glass design with new space grey, silver and gold touches. Considered the most durable glass design to date, the set of iPhone 8s are engineered to resist water and dust particles. The iPhone 8 will feature a 4.7-inch Retina HD display while the iPhone 8 Plus will feature a 5.5-inch screen. Equipped with a Retina HD display, the smartphones include a 3D Touch and a wide color gamut for better visual display. The cameras on both the phones feature an advanced 12MP sensor with a new color filter and optical stabilization.

In addition to the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus, Apple will release a special and limited iPhone X, in celebration of the 10th anniversary of popular phone franchise. The innovative iPhone X will feature an all new 5.8-inch Super Retina HD screen display that curves around the corner edges of the phone. Built with a durable glass material from front to back, the phone is also water and dust resistant. Some of the phones' new features will include a Face ID security passcode, portrait mode selfies and lighting, a faster 12MP sensor, a faster CPU unit, a three-core GPU and augmented reality motion for a better gaming experience.

The iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus will be available for pre-order on Fri., Sept. 15, with a general release taking place on Fri., Sept. 22. The iPhone X will be available for pre-order on October 27, and will release to general public on November 3.
