Boise is one of the stops on the road to Hollywood for the new season of American Idol, and we've got all the details.  This could be your big break!

If you're an aspiring singer and you've already got Labor Day Weekend plans, you might want to think twice about heading out of town.

Production crews from American Idol will be in the Treasure Valley on Sunday, September 2nd looking for the next Maddie Poppe (or Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, or Phillip Phillips), and you can register now to let them know you're coming.

American Idol auditions are usually an all-day commitment and the lines can get long, so you'll definitely want to block out the whole day.

Boise is one of twenty-four audition sites in the US this time around, through the months of August and September.  Other audition cities include Charleston, West Virginia; Austin, Texas; and Albuquerque, New Mexico.  Oh, and Seattle on August 31st, right ahead of the Boise casting call.

Boise American Idol Audition:

Sunday, September 2.
Boise Centre
850 W Front St, Boise, ID 83702

Click HERE to register for the Boise Open Call.  Online auditions are also open now, and you can submit your stuff HERE.  Producers say you can attend one of the Open Calls, submit an audition package online, or BOTH.

Judges Luke Bryan, Katy Perry and Lionel Richie set to return for the new season, and there's no official air date yet for the premiere but it will probably be early 2019.  Now is the time to show off your talent and get to Hollywood.  Good luck!  We'll be watching.
