A LITE-FM Christmas Wish for Carrie

LITE-FM's Christmas Wish is back, thanks to our friends at Pioneer Federal Credit Union. Our tenth wish went to Carrie.

When Kevin saw Carrie homeless on the street with her four boys, he said to himself "Those boys deserve better than that. She deserves better than that," so he ended up taking them under his wing for a bit.  Part of Carrie trying to get on her feet was moving her family to Boise.

After moving to Boise, it took them a few months to actually find a place to call home.  She's now working two jobs, taking care of the elderly as a health care giver.  It's a rewarding job, but not a high paying one.  Money's tight and she doesn't have any extra funds to put together a Christmas for her little ones.  That's where we came in to help!
