A LITE-FM Christmas Wish for Brynn

LITE-FM's Christmas Wish is back, thanks to our friends at Pioneer Federal Credit Union. Our first wish in 2018 went to Brynn.

Whitney, one of Brynn's close friends, nominated her for a Christmas Wish because the family is struggling to keep up with Brynn's husband's heart problems.  This summer, Joe had heart attack while he was driving. He was revived by paramedics, but ended up in a coma for a time once reaching the hospital.  His doctors were unsure if he'd ever wake up, but Joe surprised everyone by coming to and was eventually well enough to leave the hospital.

Under doctor's orders, Joe has not been allowed to return to work, leaving Brynn to care for Joe and their children. They're trying to get him disability, but as anyone who's gone through the process before knows, it's not an easy process Over the course of Joe's battle with heart failure, she's changed jobs several times, trying to find the right health insurance benefits to take care of the family. Unfortunately, Joe suffered another heart attack last week.

Brynn's done and amazing job of holding the family together and Whitney wanted to find a way for her to not have to worry about Christmas being an extra burden during an already trying year for her friend.  So Jeff Connell piled into our Team Subaru Christmas Wish Forester Delivery Sleigh and surprised Brynn with some goodies to make her family smile.
