A LITE-FM Christmas Wish for Brenna and Eric

LITE-FM's Christmas Wish is back, thanks to our friends at Pioneer Federal Credit Union. Our ninth wish went to Brenna and Eric.

There were no dry eyes in the Treasure Valley when we granted April's wish for her friends Brenna and Eric. Can you imagine heading in to Christmas knowing that this would be your last holiday season together? That's the devastating reality this family and their three children are facing because of Eric's cancer diagnosis.

April works with closely with Brenna, so the two of them have become super close.  They share a bond that no one wants to share, but it's helping Brenna navigate her way through her husband's illness.  April and her kiddos lost her husband to colon cancer eight years ago.  She didn't know that that year would've been their last Christmas together and knows how important it is to build as many memories together as a family together Eric can't be there with them anymore. That's why she reached out to us to help put together some family time together for Brenna and Eric.

We're so glad to be able to help the kids check some of the items on their "Daddy Do" list.
